Do I have to book an appointment?
No, you can walk-in anytime.

How long should I come back for fill-in?
It depends on how fast your nails grow. Normally we advice our  customers come back every 2-3 weeks to fill the gap as your nails grew.

My nails are keeping breaking, cracking and chipping. What should I  do?
You should treat your nails as if they have just been polished.
Don’t use your nails to do such things as scraping, picking or opening things.Use the pads of fingertips instead of the nails. Doing so will not only  protect your nails from breaking and chipping but will also make your hand movements appear more graceful as well!

How can I keep my cuticles healthy?
Dryness is the reason for getting hangnails, and when your cuticles  are ragged, dried and peeling. you should have a regular manicure as the cuticle acts as a seal between the finger and the nail.
Gently exfoliating the dry, rough, cuticle skin layers by actually sloughing off the dead outer layers exposes new and vibrant skin. This new healthy skin protects the nails matrix which is the growth centre of the nail and should be treated with care.
